Santoku Knife

Ideal in the preparation of meat, fish and shellfish, the Santoku knife can be used for sharp slicing precision or as a clever. After cutting, the blade can pick up and serve to the recipient, maximising the capability of its 3mm thick, continuous edge.

Since it's inception in 1890, Opinel has remained a family run workshop. Based in Chambery France, the company currently employs 95 people, all of whom oversee the quality and precision of a quintessentially French product.
