Shipping & Returns


WSworkshop uses Australia Post to ensure all packages are delivered safely. Each parcel is dispatched with a tracking number keeping you informed of the shipment.

All orders ship within 24 hours pending stock availability and payment verification.

WSworkshop is not responsible for delays or loss of delivery once the item has been shipped but will however, assist in anyway to help resolve the issue.

Lost Or Damaged Items

WSworkshop encourages a brief inspection of the goods in the presence of the postal / courier service employee prior to signing, ensuring it has arrived undamaged - This particularly applies to fragile items. All insurance claims are voided once goods have been signed for.

If any item has arrived damaged, please retain all packaging and document the damage with images, then contact us immediately.

Return / Exchange

WSworkshop hopes you love each purchase made with us, however if you do wish to exchange we are pleased to offer a return for exchange service.

Requests for exchange and shop credit must be submitted with proof of purchase, all requests must be made in person, via telephone or email within 14 days of purchase or receipt of goods.

Telephone and email requests will be depended upon receipt of goods back into store within 14 days of conditioning approval.

All postage costs incurred due to change of customers mind are at your cost and not WSworkshop. Shipping and customs duties (where applicable) are non refundable in the case of an exchange, while return shipping costs for return or exchange is at the customers expense.

WSworkshop does not offer return or exchange on discounted items.

WSworkshop does not offer return or exchange on books, magazines or personal care items, such as soap or fragrance.


WSworkshop will provide refunds in the following circumstances

  • Refunds will be offered if the delivered item is faulty or is incorrect. WSworkshop requires notification of error within 14 days of receipt of goods.

In this instance, WSworkshop will require items to be returned via a trackable registered postage service.

Once error or damage is confirmed we will refund you the item and shipping costs.

Refunds will be transmitted via original method of payment, however WSworkshop will happily receipt goods for a 6 month store credit.

Payment & Taxes

10% GST is applicable for all domestic purchases, which is included in displayed online store prices. 

Australian customers are welcome to contact WSworkshop directly for telephone and bank transfer orders.

Our shopping card is securely hosted by Shopify, credit and personal information entered is encrypted using PCI-DSS certification, please see more of this information available in the privacy policy.
