During Winter RYAN.CO at WSworkshop is serving our own version of Hot Chocolate. As cozy as toasted marshmallows and a roaring fire spiked with a kick of Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum.
For our interstate friends, below is our recipe.
In an ovenproof bowl over a saucepan of water, melt chocolate chips with milk and vanilla bean paste, whisking to remove lumps and create a smooth liquid consistency.
Remove from stove and whisk in spiced rum.
Pour into a mug and add whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
